Placed an order on 3/15. My order was supposed to ship on 4/5 but it still hasn't shipped. I sent e-mails to customer service (korea_charms@naver.com) 4 times regarding address error for this order and once to CHARM'S official KakaoTalk account but received no responses from anyone so far.
